NORTH VILLAGE
PROJECT BRIEF:Black Dragon Development is currently retained as the Construction Manager for the development of a prime 145 acre development site in Mt. Crested Butte. Current responsibilities include pre-construction planning, management of design team, estimating, scheduling, and facilitation of entitlement process for a new multi-use village center. Potential projects include sites for multi-family, commercial, civic, research, and hospitality uses.
