Through a successful collaboration with Wildhorse Homes LLC, Black Dragon Development revitalized a bank-owned subdivision project into a thriving and successful project. By replacing abandoned foundations and neglected common area elements with improved design and high quality products, the team managed to increase the value of not only our products but the value of adjacent properties within the subdivision. With completed new home prices nearing $2 million, the team has successfully converted a distressed asset into a coveted property.
