PROJECT BRIEF:Working in collaboration with the Gunnison County Library District and Anderson Hallas Architects, Black Dragon has managed to control the project budget through the design and permitting phase to maximize the realized value of the project. The project includes state-of-the-art energy efficiency including geothermal ground source heat exchange systems and photovoltaic electricity generation.
